Huge Congratulations to activ Digital Marketing’s Mark and activ Digital North Essex Business Owner Lisa for completing the Cardiff Half Marathon this weekend in its 20th anniversary race alongside 27,500 runners raising over £500 for Narcolepsy UK.

The Cardiff Half is Wales’ largest mass participation event and raises around £3m for good causes every year and Mark and Lisa were able to raise awareness of Narcolepsy UK, activ Marketing Group’s chosen charity, by taking part in this special event.

Katie Bullon, activ marketing MD, was at the event to support Mark and Lisa and was in awe of their efforts, “We are all so proud of Mark and Lisa. They absolutely smashed it on Sunday, completely the 13.1 miles in pretty hot conditions for October. It was so inspiring to witness this huge achievement, a massive congratulations from everyone at activ”.

Both runners were raising money for Narcolepsy UK and in doing so have helped raise awareness of this under diagnosed life-long neurological condition and activ Marketing and Comms. Manager Laura couldn’t be more grateful, “Mark and Lisa have been incredible in raising awareness of Narcolepsy, which my 9yr son has to navigate every day. They have raised over £500 so far which will be such a huge help to the charity that helps so many people with narcolepsy and their families”.
